What we get asked.
Who actually does the work?+
Veridanth's in-house departments deliver every engagement. When a project needs a niche specialty we don't keep on staff, we bring in a partner from our network — identity-verified against Ghana Card via the National Identification Authority, with credentials checked against awarding institutions and ORCID/Scholar where applicable.
How does payment work?+
You pay in Ghana Cedis via Paystack (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo, cards or bank transfer). Work ships in milestones — each stage releases only after you sign it off.
What if I'm not happy with the work?+
Disputes go to a 72-hour mediation track. Because milestones release in slices, you only ever pay for work you've signed off on.
Can I change tiers later?+
Yes. You can scope up or down before kick-off, and add extra milestones mid-engagement at the same hourly rate as your expert.
